Hello everyone! I am extremely excited to begin this new step in my education experience. As a native Spanish speaker, I have taken Spanish for heritage speakers and AP classes, passed the Seal of Biliteracy exam (Spanish) two years in a row, was a former member of the Spanish Honor Society at Hunterdon Central Regional High School, and currently a Psychology major at Rutgers University - New Brunswick. I plan to teach beginner Spanish to children aged 6-10.
I look forward to helping students gain an interest in the Spanish language, as it has been proven that being bilingual can open many doors. My goal is to teach students the basics, common phrases, catchy Spanish songs that are helpful for memorization, and memorization tips, as well as create engaging activities to make sure students are having fun when learning! In my spare time, I enjoy studying psychology, working out, baking, and watching films!
