Hello! My name is Ife. I graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. I hold two master's degreesone in Education from Johns Hopkins University and another in Social Work from Tulane University. I'm also TEFL-certified, which allows me to teach English to learners from all over the world.

I've been a teacher for 9 years and have worked in Education for 15 years. My experience includes teaching, tutoring, and designing programs and curricula. I tutor in both English and Spanish, helping learners who want to explore a new language, improve their skills, or succeed in their classes.

My teaching philosophy is student-centered, meaning I focus on youyour unique interests, needs, and goalsto create a personalized learning plan. I incorporate authentic materials into lessons to help you connect with the language through real-life experiences.

I also have a background in yoga and mindfulness, which influences my teaching style. I offer strategies to help you manage anxiety or other feelings that may arise when learning something new.

Travel and language learning are two of my greatest passions. I'm on a mission to visit all 193 countries in the world and become fluent in at least seven languages.
