Certified Tutor

I recently graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a Master's degree in Biotechnology and completed my undergraduate studies at Pacific Lutheran University. Currently, I work as a research scientist at the University of Washington, where our lab focuses on gynecologic cancers and their genetic predispositions.

While I can tutor in most subjects, I am particularly passionate about the sciences. I believe there are creative and effective ways to learn science that go beyond memorization. Having developed various study methods to succeed and better understand different concepts and subjects, I am eager to share these strategies with students who need extra help.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, baking, cooking, listening to music, and working out!
