I am a retired senior military officer and a graduate of the University of Utah. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Latin American Studies with a minor in Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC).

Throughout my adult life I have travelled and worked in Europe, South America, and the Middle East.

I am passionate about helping students. My desire is to perhaps share my life's experience and be an influence for good in young people's lives. For the past six years I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach and build rapport and trust with my students.

I received my formal education from the University of Utah. My experience living and working in many parts of the world has given me a unique appreciation of different cultures and beliefs.

There are many subjects I could teach, but my favorites would be Social Studies and English as a second language.
