Certified Tutor
I am currently an graduate student at Boston University pursuing a Master's Degree in Biomedical Forensic Science. I hold a bachelor's Degree from Florida State University with a double major in Biology and Criminology, with a minor in Chemistry. I offer tutoring services in science and math, as well as study strategies and organization techniques. My passion for helping students stems from my own personal struggles with education. I firmly believe that with proper guidance, anyone can unlock their potential and excel academically.
Among the subjects I tutor, math is my favorite to teach. I find it akin to solving a captivating puzzle, as its concepts intricately interconnect and progressively build upon each other. While my tutoring experience primarily revolves around peer tutoring, where I served as a math tutor for my fellow high school students, I also possess some experience tutoring younger individuals. During my high school years, I occasionally would tutor my younger sister and her friends.
I am enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and helping others succeed in school. By combining my academic expertise, practical experience, and empathetic understanding of the challenges students face, I strive to empower individuals to reach their full potential.

Degree: Florida State University - Bachelor, Biology and Criminology
I have a wide range of hobbies and interests that keep me engaged and fulfilled. The two main hobbies I participate in are running and music. Back in high school, I discovered my passion for running and engaged in both track and cross country. I currently train for and participate in half marathons, with the ultimate goal of completing a full marathon someday. When it comes to music, I have been playing the viola since sixth grade. Currently, I am an active member of the non-major orchestra at Florida State University, where I get to continue to perform and play while I pursue my academic goals. Outside of academia, two subjects that deeply fascinate me are history and evolution. I find great pleasure in exploring the intricate details of how our world has evolved and unraveling the reasons behind its existence. The pursuit of knowledge in these areas brings me immense satisfaction. In terms of my academic interests, I am particularly drawn to Anatomy and Criminal Justice reform. As a double major in Biology and Criminology, I aim to combine my passions for both fields. My ultimate career aspiration is to become a forensic anthropologist, specializing in the study of human remains. I hope to contribute to the field by utilizing my knowledge and skills to uncover valuable insights and assist in solving complex cases.
