Certified Tutor

I am an enthusiastic tutor with a passion for education and a commitment to empowering students. I am currently studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mechatronics at the University of Calgary.

My journey in tutoring spans 5 years, where I've had the privilege of guiding students across various subjects, including physics, math, chemistry, SAT Math, ACT Math and others. I find great joy in fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

Among the subjects I tutor, mathematics or math related subjects hold a special place in my heart. Its complexities and applications captivate me, allowing me to ignite that same passion in my students.

My teaching philosophy centers on treating every student as I would like to be treated when learning, believing in personalized approaches that cater to each student's unique learning style. I strive to make learning an engaging, interactive experience that equips students with not only subject knowledge but also critical thinking skills.

Beyond academia, I'm an avid hiker, gym goer, gamer, and basketballer, and I've found that these interests sometimes create meaningful connections with my students.

My aim is to not only impart knowledge but also to connect with my students on a personal level, providing mentorship that extends beyond the classroom. I believe my dedication, dynamic approach, and genuine care set me apart, creating an unforgettable learning journey for every student I work with.
