I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from American Public University System with a Bachelor's of Arts in Marketing and Communications. I have tutored a wide range of students from fifth grade up to freshmen in college. I primarily tutor in mathematics, specifically elementary school math through algebra two, however, college algebra. Additionally, my ultimate passion for life is improving personal and professional communication skills and one of my number one passions in life is to give presentations and public speaking. I believe in the philosophy of life long learning and continuous, daily improvement. I embody this philosophy in my tutoring by emphasizing that I am not tutoring to simply teach my students how to pass a class, rather I aim to give them the tools and education necessary to help them not only pass the class but also to be able to carry this knowledge with them no matter where they choose to apply it. I believe that we all have the potential to learn all subjects, but sometimes we simply need a little extra help.
