Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"Introduced the student to circuits by explaining voltage and current. Discussed resistors and how their relationship to current and voltage. Worked through a homework packet that covered circuits, both in series and in parallel; compared and contrasted current, voltage and resistance in both types of circuits. She was able to work through problems with minimal help and was able to use V=IR to solve for one of the unknowns in various scenarios."
"During this session we covered the basics of lenses and light behavior when moving between mediums. We also looked at some of the student's trig work, covering the basic trig functions, the unit circle, and the law of sines and cosines."
"Together we review for the student's physics test. He was a little rusty on some of the formulas and concepts but after a little reminder he was able to solve all problems very easily. He will do well on his test for tomorrow."
