"While preparing for the National Spanish Exam, we covered the future tense and masculine compound nouns. I assisted her as she took the exam. Although she is aware that this exam does not effect her grade, she still seems enthusiastic about taking the practice exam."
"Today we practiced understanding the placement of and writing sentences in Spanish using direct and indirect object pronouns. I taught Thomas the word order of sentences with one verb, direct and indirect object pronouns (subject+ indirect object pronoun+ direct object pronoun+conjugated verb) as well as the word order of sentences with two verbs (subject+indirect object pronouns+direct object pronoun + first conjugated verb OR subject+first conjugated verb+infinitive/gerund+indirect object pronoun hooked onto verb+direct object pronoun hooked onto verb). To practice these concepts the student completed online homework assignments for his class. At the beginning of the session he needed me help in the locating the direct and indirect objects in the sentences that we had to rewrite, before rewriting them. However by the end of the session the student was able to independently rewrite the sentences on his own without assistance."
"Today the student and I spent most of our time reviewing concepts from previous chapters and lessons. We also went over how to use the construction ir + a + infinitive to say that you are going to do something in the future."
