The student and I met to go over the information for his chemistry exam on the periodic table and the properties of elements. We began our review by discussing the periodic table, how elements were arranged, and general properties of each group and period, etc. He was able to answer most of the questions and only needed a few reminders during our review. He was nervous about this test at first. However, after we reviewed the information, he felt more comfortable and realized that he knew a lot more information than he was giving himself credit for.
