Tomorrow is the student's calculus midterm, so he wanted time to ask about topics he was confused on. We went over problems given to him in review packets. For the most part, we worked on derivative tests, optimization, and rate problems. I gave him some of the formulas that he didn't remember and worked through them with him so he saw how to apply them to the problems. Overall, he seems to grasp the concepts quickly once they are reviewed.
