Currently, I'm a third year dental student and I'm motivated to tutor. I tutored for about four years in my undergraduate and this is where I learned different learning strategies. I altered and personalized the way I taught each student depending on how they learn best. I was able to communicate effectively and would enjoy every session I had with each student. As a tutor, I approach each student differently as all students have the capability to learn well, but each student learns differently. I like to take time to engage the student not only with problems to solve, but also with conversation making sure that they not only understand each step in the process, but also are able to apply what they learn in their own unique way to perform well and grow as students.

I have been tutoring students in math for 5 years both privately and for other companies. My favorite subject to tutor would be a tie between algebra and geometry.
