How can a Trigonometry tutor help you?

Trigonometry is a branch of mathematics that examines the connections between the angles and sides of triangles. Some students can get confused, fall behind, and feel bewildered by these concepts.

The Varsity Tutors educational directors can find you an expert trigonometry tutor in Albany County To help your child try to realize their potential in their class. The student had a good session! We worked on a few projects. First, she did her math homework. She needed to research Pythagoras and write an informational sheet about him. Next, we worked on memorizing the capitals and locations for many of the countries in Central/ South America. She knew all of them by the end. We then practiced telling time for a spoken quiz on Monday. She will do very well with all of it! She knew all of the information by the end of the session.

The student and I covered the fundamentals of algebra today. This included an explanation of what an equation is, and the fact that whatever is done to one side of an equation must be done to the other. Following that, we added to our discussion of variables from earlier in the week. We practiced isolating variables in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division problems. He struggled most with dividing by and subtracting the variable, and he often did the work in his head. My main goal is to get him to explain his thought process and hopefully write down his work.
