I am a historian, currently working on my PhD at Loyola University Chicago. I have over six years experience as a tutor or instructor, and have helped hundreds of students improve their writing and score higher on essays and exams. I am engaging, encouraging, and skilled at individualizing instruction.

My professional life has been spent helping young people reach their full potential in the fields of mathematics and physics. I am a full-time high-school teacher with nearly 20 years of experience. With a friendly and patient demeanor, I believe my tutoring will help build confidence and a strong academic foundation in struggling students....
