Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We talked about the structure of volcanoes and about the way magma rises through the crust to create them. The student seemed very interested in the way a volcanic peak gets built up by lava and ash, and by the end, he was able to correctly identify all the parts of a typical volcano."
"Today we covered material from organic chemistry, specifically aromaticity. We discussed Huckel's rule (4n+2) and anti-aromaticity (4n). We also touched on resonance forms, and how they can affect aromaticity. Overall, the student seemed to have a good grasp of the material we reviewed."
"The student has an exam tomorrow. We covered kinetics and solution characteristics/concentration which are both most likely going to be covered on the exam tomorrow. The student was engaged and responsive and we did a significant number of practice problems. He did great!"
