I enjoy teaching because I realized I learn a lot when I'm teaching and this is very important for me to keep learning.
I want my students to feel free to make mistakes in order to learn more and better.
I will finish with a phrase that influenced my life.
Ogni volta che impariamo qualcosa di nuovo, noi stessi diventiamo qualcosa di nuovo.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I know that my students need to make mistakes in order to learn and improve themselves.
What might you do in a typical first session with a student?
I'd talk to the student, try to know her/him and ask a few questions about the topic.
How can you help a student become an independent learner?
By making sure that they know their strength.
How would you help a student stay motivated?
By finding parts they are more interested in.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
I'll try different approaches, and I don't give up.
