Education and teaching are my passion, I have high expectations for myself and for my students. It would be important to follow a curriculum, set a time frame to accomplish goals, focus on each one of the students, make sure they understand and learn each lesson. It would also be important to encourage them to participate in class, to be creative and think out of the box. Listening and communication skills are key in a learning process. Learn how to work individually and in groups are also key components.

My strategy for success would be to focus on each of the students and to be in touch with parents on a regular base and inform them about the importance of learning and the progress they are making, inform them how their kids are performing. Having their support as parents would be important as well. As an educator I think out of the box and it is always positive. I embrace differences and I welcome diversity, specially in a learning environment.

Differentiate Teaching
1- Assessing students’ strengths and needs to align curriculum with needs. The content of curriculum should address students needs in order to have the best results/performance in terms of education.
2- Creating teaching tools for managing resources such as time, pacing, and work. The more teaching tools the more interest the students will have and the class will be more organized.
