I recently graduated from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) with a B.S. in physics, and will start my PhD in physics at Harvard next fall. I have tutored for several years in physics and math -- from the high school to undergraduate level.
I absolutely *love* physics and math, and I want you to fall in love with them as well! This doesn't mean that you have to love your classes and exams -- after all, I didn't. Instead, I want to help you gain intuition, build a picture of what's going on, and see it come alive in the world around you. I want you to ask endless questions and reject all explanations that don't satisfy you. I want to show you the fun stuff -- the new ways of thinking and the power of what you already know.
Getting an A is just a bonus.
