I am a graduate of Harvard University, class of 2015. I am currently doing research at the university and waiting to hear from graduate school opportunities. I have been tutoring students of all ages for the last five years. I prefer tutoring in math because I excelled in high school and college. Math, unlike most subjects, can be made easy if you know what the teacher is going to ask on assignments and tests. I thoroughly enjoyed school and if I could do one thing to change a students life it would be to pass on that same enthusiasm I have for learning.
What is your teaching philosophy?
I like to break down how my classes work and what my teachers expect. I want to know ahead of time what my teacher is going to ask on any particular assignment. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
