The tutor and student relationship should always be a positive, interactive, and creative experience that continues to grow with the student's academic ambitions. In my eyes, the word "student" can easily be replaced with "thinker" or "individual," because everyone is unique when it comes to their perspective and thought-process about the world around them.
In my view, the best part about my approach to tutoring is that "we" get to decide what personal practices will create the greatest learning experience for you. Of course, the final product of any assignment that you are given needs to be exactly as your school teacher wants it. But the roads, the turns, and the pace that we take to complete that finished product is entirely up to you! If your assignment was to create a painting, I will bring the paint and the brushes - but you will paint the masterpiece with your own ideas.
