Christina

I currently major in Piano Performance at New York University and starting Fall 2015, I will also pick up a second major in Chemistry for Pre-Medicine. I was homeschooled all my life, and in high school, I did all of my schooling on my own. So I learned to teach myself and figure out questions without outside help (I had no instructors). I hope to be able to teach my students this as well. I believe that learning things on our own helps us learn it much better. I learned how to test well: besides learning the material, I also know how to test efficiently, depending on time and even the type of questions. This, too, I believe will be beneficial for my students.
I love listening to music: I have ear buds in whenever I have free time. I also like watching television, but I tend to watch Chinese movies (I am bilingual and speak Chinese fluently). I like making crafts. Of course, I also have a habit of spending every bit of free time either previewing or reviewing class materials.
