I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I received a B.A. in Chemistry and a B.S. in Biochemistry in May of 2012, and graduated with a M.A. in Education in August of 2013. I currently teach AP Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, and Food Science at a charter school in the Denver metro-area and have previously taught Biology, Honors Biology, and Chemistry in Colorado Springs. I have done extensive private tutoring for a variety of subjects in the past, but am most passionate about Science (especially Chemistry). I believe that anyone can learn and do science, and that the development of critical thinking skills associated with scientific thought and processes is one of the most useful things that a person can do. I have a genuine love of science and learning, and I try to impart that to all my students. Outside of teaching, I enjoy trivia, hiking, and cooking.
