I am a graduate of the University of California, San Diego. I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Psychology. After graduating from UCSD in 2010, I earned my Master’s of Public Health at The George Washington University in Washington, DC. I have experience working with students in a classroom as well as a private setting. I have tutored and assisted elementary and middle school students with class assignments, projects, and daily homework in all subjects. I also specialize in developing study and organization skills. I believe encouraging good study habits and a solid academic foundation while young is beneficial for a lifetime of academic success. My subjects include elementary and middle school math, reading, writing, study skills and test prep. These proficiencies are essential to self-confidence, working well with others, and for intelligently expressing oneself. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures, running, swimming, and baking pastries of every kind.
