As long as I can remember I wanted to be a teacher! Coming from a family of teachers, my father was a college professor and my mother has a masters degree in education.
I began my College career as an education major and began teaching as soon as I graduated! I then worked on and completed my graduate degree in curriculum and instruction.
I have been teaching since the 1980s. I began tutoring shortly thereafter and find it to be satisfying for everyone involved - parents, students and teachers. What an exciting way to help others become more successful in what they are trying to achieve whether it be spelling words, essay writing, math facts, phonics and beginning reading, algebra, oganization and study skills, getting prepared to take the ACT or SAT to get into the college of their choice to studying for exams in high school and college. I have had the opportunity to work with students of all ages in all academic areas and can't wait to help you! Your success is my success!
