MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
For the past two years I have been a Language Arts teacher. I specialize in writing, reading comprehension and word study instruction for elementary and secondary students. When I teach, I do my very best to help students to make connections to the material that they are working on.
I have learned that each student is capable of learning in almost any environment as long as their teacher finds ways to differentiate instruction. Each student is different, with varying interests, strengths, weakness and learning styles. As a teacher, I have found that it can be very difficult to meet the varying needs of each student in the classroom; however, as a tutor I can pinpoint the exact need of your student and find the best practice to address that need. I look forward to working with you and helping your student to achieve!
