MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have recently graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills with a B.A in Liberal Studies and a Multiple-Subject Teaching credential with a Spanish authorization. I have worked for Los Angeles Unified School District as a teacher’s assistant and tutor for four years with all primary grades (preK-5th). I love learning and teaching others. I have taught and tutored all subject areas as well as standardized test preparation, but reading and phonics are my favorite. I am a firm believer that all students are capable of learning and each one has their own learning style. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, and traveling.
