I am a recent graduate of Princeton University (2011), who originally hails from Florida. In high school, I was a part of the International Baccalaureate program, where I pursued my interests in science, and participated in Varsity Rowing. My never ending interest in science led me to pursue a degree in Molecular Biology at Princeton with a premedical science focus. I am currently working as a Research Assistant at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

While my greatest passion is the sciences, from a very young age I have been a very avid reader and have enjoyed writing. I particularly enjoy the grammatical aspects of writing and would be a great asset to a student who is looking to improve their writing skills or is seeking help with college essays.

My previous teaching experiences include a summer job serving as a Teacher Assistant at The Boys and Girls Club with children ages 8-10, so I definitely have experience with elementary education. I also was a part of various study groups for rigorous science courses that I took at Princeton, which have taught me great study skills.

I think one of the most important things to accomplish in tutoring is to find and cultivate the best way to learn the material. For each student, it could be very different. I am well versed in various study methods and believe that I can help your student excel in all areas of school or test prep.
