MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
After three long and hectic years I recently graduated from Arizona State University with my B.S. in Psychology. I am a first year teacher at Mesa High School (go Jackrabbits!) and am earning my Masters degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis on Mathematics. I have an extensive history of tutoring from my friends and family, to volunteer opportunities, as well as with various tutoring agencies. I must say, I have fallen in love with it! It is so great to work with a student who is eager to learn, despite the subject being a challenge for them. I love being able to be a part of that flash of understanding when a student finally tackles something that was once so intimidating to them.
