MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
I have two to three years of experience tutoring students in English and all types of History. I love tutoring because it gives me a chance to work individually with each student. My teaching style is very student centered approach which allows the tutoring atmosphere to be particularly great because I can focus on your student and his or her specific needs. I have experience in various types of classroom settings including inclusion. I taught special education for a year and developed curriculum and lesson plans for my students. This required me to work with the classroom teacher to develop the individual goals of each student. I also worked with English as Second language students.
I love History because no matter how much you look into the past there is always something more to find and discover. Learning history also provides a different point of view to look at the past with.
English is fascinating because it helps students to expand their imagination. English also allows a student to put his/her thoughts into motion.
