I am a law student at SMU's Dedman School of Law. After graduating from high school in Dallas, I went pretty much everywhere. I went to undergrad at the University of Michigan and graduate school at George Washington in Washington, D.C.; and, along the way I also visited close to 50 different countries across 5 continents.

Despite my addiction to travel, the women in my family convinced me to move back home, and I'm happy to be back in Dallas and ready to be at your service! At times I wonder if I'm also addicted to standardized tests because I feel like I'm always taking a test for something and have just given up on the idea that one day I won't have to take more tests. In addition to this experience, I have spent many hours working on applications for various academic, fellowship, and scholarship programs and would be happy to help you achieve your future academic goals. Tutoring in this sense is not only a great way to get you into the school of YOUR dreams but to get them to PAY YOU to attend their school, saving you thousands of dollars.

In addition to college prep areas, I am ready to help with various academic subjects. I was a high school Spanish and Economics teacher for two years and am an American History/Government nerd (hence law school). I received a perfect score on the math section of the GRE; however, I try to avoid math once it starts to look too much like sentences.

In addition to Spanish, I am proficient in Portuguese and German. I have also studied, to varying degrees; Arabic, Italian, and Russian. This experience makes me especially adapt to work with foreign language students of various skill levels. Nonetheless, I once deplored languages and was a high school student that would cram for tests the morning before like I was learning a math formula - something that just doesn't work for languages. I hope I can help you see the value to learning a language and help you find out how YOU can learn it best. We can probably have some fun along the way too!

Beyond all the above, I love just staying busy and catching the occasional sports game (Go World Champion MAVS!, Rangers, and Cowboys!). I take great pride in serving as a teacher and mentor and hope I can help you or your student.
