MY PERSONAL STATEMENT
Teaching is something I had always wanted to do and now I'm living my dream. I am a certified Biology teacher and currently teach Living Environment and middle school science. I grew up in Long Island, completed my undergraduate degree in biology at SUNY Cortland, and received my Masters in Education from Adelphi University. I know teach in Nassau county. I love teaching for two main reasons, first I really enjoy helping students to become successful, and second, I learn something new everyday.
I have experience with, and am comfortable working with all types of students with different learning abilities. I believe that all students are individuals. One of the things I enjoy most about tutoring is that I am able to tailor my approach to meet an individual student's needs.
