"The student and I studied math, Spanish, and earth science today. He did really well! More specifically, we distinguished the verbs ser and estar and conjugated verbs ending in AR. In math, we reviewed his homework on irrational fractions, and he understands that very well. Then, we moved on to his reading assignment in science, and I explained to him the connection between faults and earthquakes. Great job!"
"Today we covered new material from the student's AP Bio book. We covered chapter 13 and 14, which are to be on the test next week. We did a word-by-word of every vocab word and its explanation. She understood everything and asked questions about whatever she did not understand. For next time, I will bring some personal notes that I have on the topic to assist her in studying for the test. We still do not have the grades from the previous test. Overall, it was a very pleasant session."
"The student reviewed homework covering the chapter on the gas laws, Boyle's, Charles' and Gay-Lussac's laws and then the combined gas law. She worked on problems that dealt with each separate gas law, pressure, volume and temperature. Given the initial conditions, she solved for one of the variables of the final condition."
