Reduction reactions- aldehydes give primary alcohol and ketones give secondary alcohol 3. Hydroboration oxidation of alkene gives primary alcohols 4. Wilkinson's catalyst helps in selective hydrogenation 5. PCC helps in selective oxidation. 6. Ziegler Natta catalyst helps in polymerization of alkenes."

The student did an awesome job today. She applied her notes to the problems very well and has been improving her organic chemistry skills over the last few sessions."
