"Today the student worked on reading and math problems. He completed his homework packet which consisted of a passage and a few questions. He was able to complete these questions, though his reading is slow. We tried to work on this, and this remains an area for improvement. Additionally, we worked through supplemental math problems in the book. He was able to do the addition and subtraction problems with relative ease. We also worked on work problems. He seemed to know the mathematics, but needed help with the words and deciding which operation to use and where to begin problem solving."
"We spent the entirety of the session on the first two pages of the student's packet that she received from school. We are currently covering applications of multiplication and division and the relationship between the two."
"We reviewed the student's homework. She explained her work and we worked through the problems. She also redid her classwork from today. Once again, she explained and showed work. She said she practiced her 6 tables. I gave her a practice worksheet for her 6 multiplication tables to complete as well as her 3's. She needs to keep practicing her multiplication tables."
