Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"In this session the student and I went over more gas law problems for Honors Chemistry and reviewing reference angles in Pre-Calculus. With regards to the Chemistry, which we spent most of the time on, he worked meticulously on applying Charles' law and the interaction between the temperature, pressure, and volume of a gas when all three are changed. There were no particular struggles at all, and he quickly picked up on the reference angle concept after a quick explanation."
"The student did an excellent job during this session. We went over the chemical elements, the atom, proton and electron and how these are arranged and interact to form the different elements. We completed two activities, including a quiz and a reading assignment with a game. Later, we completed her lab, where we modeled the radioactive decay of thorium and graphed the results. Great job! Super productive day!"
"We covered the student's nervous system lectures which include the histology and function of cells and structures in the NS, the location at different levels of brain and spine, how to identify layers and cells, and the Nernst equation and application to different ions."
