"I have degrees in biology and gender, women, and sexuality studies, with a minor in chemistry. Now that I have graduated, I have been working on my masters in teaching with a teaching credential, with the hopes of becoming a high school biology and/or chemistry teacher. I have a passion for education and love helping students learn and succeed - not just to pass the classes they need to, but to have a thorough understanding of and passion for the topic. While I tutor a variety of subjects, my passions are biology and chemistry."

" Once a student understands the fundamentals, then the student can approach more advanced topics with confidence. I believe any student can learn any topic at any level with appropriate time and one-on-one attention. I enjoy watching students overcome intimidating material once they learn the fundamentals.
