"Worked on both chemistry and algebra homework again. He is making noticeable progress in both courses."
"We've been working on absolute value inequalities and systems of equations. Also worked on converting between the different forms of lines, such as slope-intercept, standard, and point-slope forms."
"We went over her first test and finished her homework assignment. She is doing very well and seems to know the material well."
"We covered a logic grid puzzle. He was excited to work on it. I tried to ask a lot of leading questions. He told me he did well on his math test that he got back last week. He struggles with the logic puzzles more than his usual math work, but I think he's getting the hang of it."
"We went over her math homework, which was going over the concept of amounts and capacity. We then did math facts and factoring equations. For the last 20 minutes we went over gravity and how it effects us. We did an experiment with pencils paper and a binder. We briefly went over aerodynamics, as she had good questions."
"Today, the student and I worked on conceptually understanding addition and subtraction using base ten counting blocks. She did an excellent job explaining what was occurring and why. We also discussed fact families and did numerous practice problems."
