"In this role, I've helped several people with ACT and GRE test prep, as well as essay and paper writing.
My teaching strategy is focus on the student's approach to learning. I try to help them develop a process, rather than just focusing on answers. If the student can fix the root of their problem, they don't come back with the same problem week after week. To use music as an example, something I do frequently, rather than just telling a student about a concept, I work with them until they can hear the same thing I'm hearing."
