"I worked at an after-school program all throughout college helping different students in K-12 with a variety of needs. Every student is unique and different in their own way and I’ve definitely learned to work with each student using the specific method that works the best with them. I believe the key to succeeding in anything we do is joy; once that joy is developed, it will be hard to say what we can’t accomplish. "In addition to two language immersion programs, I did a two-year stint as a teaching assistant for first-year Chinese (which was one of my all-time favorite classes, both to take and to teach).
