Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"In our initial session for chemistry, the student and I went over his expectations for the semester and began going over a basal knowledge of chemistry. We covered the period table-metals, non-metals and metalloids, periods and groups. We then covered atomic number and atomic mass, the difference between electrons, protons, and neutrons. We then covered how to calculate neutron numbers based on atomic number and isotope. The student did great. He retained a good deal of knowledge from grade school."
"We spent most of the time working on the student's chemistry experiment that's due next week. Today, we did a baking soda and vinegar reaction experiment and observed the differing reaction rates."
"Today, the student and I continued working to work on SI and significant units. She also completed her study guide that was assigned by her teacher. She's doing really well."
