"The student and I went over all of her current Geometry materials (syllabus, notes, etc.) and developed a plan to improve her performance in Geometry. We began going through Chapter 1 in her textbook while she took notes and did some practice problems. I left her with extra practice--#1-16 from Chapter 1."
"We went over the Pythagorean theorem and finding lines that go through the midpoint on triangles. The student has a test tomorrow and wanted to go over things she wasn't very sure about. She does pretty well with the Pythagorean theorem."

She also practiced labeling drawings with correct variables in order to plug them into an equation. She was able to completely set up a diagram and equation from a word problem asking for an endpoint when given a midpoint and the other endpoint."
