"We went over the homework that was sent to them. The first student is doing well with the verb conjugation, so I will be sending her worksheet and lesson on the articles and numbers. The second student went through the homework that was on the preterito and imperfecto, and did a good job on it. I will send her a lesson on the conditional tense."
"Today, we reviewed their Spanish commercial for class. We added some essential lines such as "Por que no visita al restaurante de hermanas?" I also taught the girls how to say "how...!" such as "How cheap is the check!" (Que barata es la cuenta!). Lastly, we went over "tener que" (to have to) which is a subject that their teacher went over in semester one. The girls created a few sentences in Spanish for me and seem to have learned this concept very quickly."
"We first went to see a new website I found that has a series of activities to learn verbs--a list of the verbs one by one, flashcards, quizzes, and fill-in-the-blanks. We went through all 92 verbs to see which ones there are and to begin to familiarize the student with the words. We talked about reflexive verbs, transitive and intransitive verbs, conjugations, and the imperative formation. Then we watched a Spanish video."
