"We discussed 2 assessment Verbal passages, one on the link between SES and health, and the other on oral histories. We discussed the vocabulary and proverbial expressions in both passages. We delineated the use of the words "some" and "any." We defined risk and protective factors. We discussed the Apollonian/Dionysian dichotomy and how it serves as the reference point against which many assessment passages argue. He appreciated that broad perspective as part of his new synthesis on the patterns in the ideas discussed on the CARS."
"The student did great work reviewing LR today. We emphasized that RC has been going well. In order to get in 30 practice tests before September's test day, we must begin at 1 per week immediately."
"The student and I worked on the special language used in logic games including sufficient and necessary conditions, only, only if, the only, unless, if and only if, etc. We also discussed inferring the contrapositive, how this is different from the inverse, and the "never both," "never neither," and "exclusive or" inference patterns."
