"I was also a volunteer tutor for incoming freshman students that needed help in science classes, mostly tutoring Biology and Chemistry, but also helping in Anatomy, and Microbiology. My teaching technique is to always stay simple, breaking down the information or problems into small steps so that the student can learn and understand the basics and then build the answer from there. Also I like to keep all the written information organized, color coding, so that objectives are separated and can be easily found for reference in the future. " However, my day is never complete until I can share my knowledge with fellow students and scientists. In my experience, the best way to teach math and science is to show students real world examples they can appreciate at any age. By the end of our tutoring sessions, I don't want my students to know rote material; I try to make sure they are able to tell me why it is important and how to teach the material right back to me. The best way to learn is through teaching, and I intend to never stop learning!."

"Most math and science problems are really just puzzles. With practice, you can learn how to identify what pieces you need and how to fit them together to reach the right conclusion. I won’t just give you the answers, but will help you develop the analytic skills you need so you can gradually reach the answers on your own.
