Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"The student and I went over different practice exam problems on static equilibrium, conservation of momentum and energy, and gravitation."
"We went through all the questions on a test that the student had issues with because her teacher was allowing her to retake it! We then went through some questions that I brought with me on one dimensional physics equations and vectors. On Thursday, we will continue with vectors and go into 2 dimensional problems!"
"The student and I checked in about an upcoming test and then went through a practice quiz/test for the entire session reviewing Newton's three laws, the impulse momentum conservation equation and theory, and went through practice problems to isolate variables in Newton's second law problems, momentum conservation problems, and impulse-momentum problems. She and I briefly reviewed using "train tracks" to convert between units if that comes up on the test. I left her with a sheet of conceptual questions for her to review before her test and encouraged her to send me emails if she feels confused about anything before then. I think she is feeling better and more confident about the concepts we have covered, but we need more time to get through everything."
