Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"The student and I covered Newton's laws. We worked on conceptual problems and applied problems. We spoke about how to develop an efficient strategy for solving problems to minimize mistakes on tests. We also covered odd and even functions."
"In the last session with the student, we reviewed the physics and calculus chapters he had covered in class and worked through some questions to reinforce them. He was able to comfortably work through several questions. By practicing more problems in both subjects, he should have no problem tackling these subjects."
"We discussed the problem areas for her current subject matter concerning atomic theory. We spent some time on electron configurations and how some electron configurations are different due to special properties of the elements. We went over some of the student's homework problems she was having issues with. We discussed Einstein's theory, Heisenberg Uncertainty principle, and Schrodinger's equation in short detail for her to understand the reasoning and experiments to figure them out. Her overall learning was very good, and she paid very close attention to what I was saying. She said at the end of the session that I cleared a lot of doubts she was having and that she feels much more ready for her exam that is coming up this week. She seemed happy at the end of the session that lasted from 11 AM to 12:45 PM. We shortly discussed a few basic fundamentals to clear some doubts she had but mainly discussed her current material. I believe she is very intelligent; overall I believe we can make her easily do well in the course with some basic tutorials."
