"The student and I worked on grouping games today. She did fine for a student seeing such games for the first time and picked up the concepts pretty well. She will finish one of the games that we started today and take at least a part of a practice LSAT before our next meeting."
"The student and I had a very good session. We went over logic games and logical reasoning. She has shown good improvement on the logic games section, but she needs to work on the general ordering tree. Logical reasoning went well, and we focused on scope mainly. She is good at getting the answers but lacks confidence in her accuracy. As she practices more she can gain more confidence. She also needs to work on finding the conclusion of the argument. I gave her a practice test and practice questions as homework. She has to review the explanations for all answers."
"The student had three papers due for school before this session so she wasn't able to do any f the homework I sent her. Since we didn't have specific work to go over together, I figured this was a good time to go through some general logical reasoning work together. We went through weaken questions first - how to answer them and strategies. We then moved on to flaw - we went through all of the most common flaws and how to pick out the answer choices that identify them. We then did a section of flaw questions together. For next time she is going to do as many practice sections of each type as she can possibly fit in."
