"We worked on a linear game from the September LSAT. We started on those yesterday and worked through 2 questions. The student informed me yesterday that she is feeling rather lost trying to answer the remaining questions in the game. She informed me that she felt more confident about them after the work we did today. I will email her a couple of similar games to work on today."
"The student is currently working on Logic Games. We worked through two full games and the setup for another. I also sent another practice test to her, and she worked though the setup for from a game in that test. We focused our attention on grouping and in out games, and we also discussed and practiced illustrating contrapositives."
"This was my first session with the student. We started by going through a basic linear logic game together just so she could remember what the games are like and get the feel of going through one. She did well as we went slowly through setting up the game, diagramming the rules, making inferences, the difference between local and global questions, how and when to apply conditionals, etc. After going through this first game I went back to doing diagramming and set-up drills with her to make sure that she gets a strong foundation of setting up all different types of linear games and how to diagram and represent for herself every different rule. For homework I sent her a bunch more set-up drills, a couple linear games and one full practice test."
