Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"Today the student completed two practice sections, obtaining raw scores of 17 in logic games and 16 in arguments. He did seem a little more comfortable with games than last time we met. He was able to narrow almost all of the questions to two answer choices. We worked through the answers from arguments by simplifying passages as a way of ensuring that we understood them. This process helped him more readily to find correct answers. Going forward, we will continue to work on carefully reading and understanding passages because this provides the main area for improvement. We also worked through two logic games. He has improved his logic game abilities considerably. At this point we are hoping to improve his score somewhat but are primarily focused on making sure he can be consistent on this section. For next time he will complete the test he began and maybe complete an additional practice test."
"Went through each Logic Game question from student's most recent LSAT administration. Student has a good grasp of the methodology for solving logic games, but can sometimes have trouble taking the first step in solving them."
"We covered the analytical portion of the LSAT. I taught him a variation of the grid method for answering these types of questions. The session went well."
