"The student and I worked on logical reasoning again. We focused on reviewing specific skills for different sections. We started with assumptions questions, which provide basics that apply to weaken, strengthen, justify the conclusion, and cause/effect questions. We reviewed what an assumption is and the difference between supporting and defending assumptions. We discussed the five ways an assumption can be used to clarify a causal relationship in the conclusion. She said that she will be doing some work for her class by our next session, so we will have some work to review in all sections."
